- The Monolith begins construction, initiating the development of a network of embedded mechanical skills that then provide the foundation of knowledge for the rest of the construction process.
- Construction skills are taught and transferred by members of the community and by professional educators.
- The Mess hall is constructed which serves as a communal meeting place for the new residents, allowing the sub sequential public ground to become active.
- The first housing unit is constructed which acts as a customisable precedent for following homes.
- The flagship is shown to be a success and similar movements are supported by The Roots organisation around the city.
